In the scrub is a parody derived from "In da Club" - a hip hop song performed by American rapper 50 Cent from his commercial debut album Get Rich or Die Tryin'. The song was originally produced by Dr. Dre and had co-production from Mike Elizondo. 50 Cent, Dr. Dre, and Elizondo wrote the song.
